About the organisers

Michelle Raymond is an Emerging Leadership Coach, Trainer, Master NLP Practitioner and award-winning TEDx Speaker on a mission to make the inVisible Visible!

She is the Founder of the training consultancy, The People's Partner, specialising in building a diverse and inclusive leadership and supplier pipeline in order to reduce organisational risk. She runs a thriving community of entrepreneurs who wish to secure corporates contracts as well as providing leadership services to companies in both the UK and UAE.

Currently lead facilitator of UCL’s Emerging Leadership Programme and Executive Coach to UCL’s senior female faculty leaders, Michelle’s two decades of HR management have spearheaded her diverse skills in leadership development.

Michelle has delivered training for Amazon, BT, Deloittes and the Ministry of Justice. She is a board member of Lloyds Bank Black Business Advisory Group and has been featured on the BBC and SKY, People Management, Good Housekeeping, Business Insider and Hays Journal.

A TCI is a person who has spent a significant part of their developmental years outside the culture of their parents or the culture of their country of nationality, and also lives in a different environment during a significant part of their childhood

How should I dress for the event?

Dress code is smart casual attire

Will there be food at the event?

Yes. Start your day with energiser breakfast that includes an assortment of artisan breads, croissants, organic muesli and boiled egg & avocado. Then we have provided a 3 course buffet meal with meat, fish, vegan and halal options and in the late afternoon you get even more food!

What if I am late?

We would hope that you can come on time and stay for the entire time but we understand that things unexpected may arise. If that is the case, join us as soon as you can

Liverpool Street Station is literally 5mins walk from 155 Bishopsgate. London Bridge station is a bus ride away

Has this event been conducted in an environmentally and socially responsible manner?

Yes, we have chosen an eco-friendly venue with ample recycling stations. The venue is easily served by excellent transport links. We will not have any brochures that will reduce waste and carbon, instead we have an interactive and state of the art app
